The Enclosure Series is an ongoing series of collage pieces that attempts to grapple with the artist’s love and nostalgia for the family farm and the prairie she grew up in, with wider knowledge of how systems of capitalism, colonialism, and patriarchy have shaped the land’s history and displaced/disenfranchised the Indigenous populations of Canada.
