  • Rural Artist Mentorship with Linda Duvall
    June 2026 marked the completion of an ten-month mentorship program with Linda Duvall which I participated in through CARFAC Sask. As part of the group mentorship program, Linda made two visits to each artist’s rural studio. We also had several online group calls. It was great to get to meet other artists from around the province; I was happy to be accepted to the group given that I am not that far outside of Saskatoon!   • The Enclosure Movement
    In 2023, I began an ongoing collage series called The Enclosure Series. The series is an attempt to reconcile the love and nostalgia I have for the land I visited during childhood, with the deeper history of how land became free for settlement and the Indigenous peoples of Canada dispossessed. The collages in the series so far include photos I took of the area around this land, and pieces of ephemera found on the farm.   • Dimensions 2025
    I was excited to find out that my photographic collage, Rod and Max Play Scrabble, was accepted into the Saskatchewan Craft Council’s Dimensions 2025 show in the Photography category. Dimensions 2025 had a record 222 pieces submitted by Saskatchewan artists; 35 pieces were chosen by jurors Brendan Lee Satish Tang and Wally Dion for the final show.
